How does a domain administrator check folder sizes for all their users in SmarterMail?

This assumes you are a ‘domain administrator’ account. This usually is your ‘admin@yourdomain.com’ account.

• Go to the respective URL in your Internet browser. This will either be http://mail.orcsweb.com, http://mail2.orcsweb.com or http://mail3.orcsweb.com. This is usually the same URL as the one used in your POP3 / SMTP settings. If you are not sure which link to use, please email webteam@orcsweb.com for further assistance. 
• Type in your Admin User name and Password. The Username is your full ‘Admin’ email address (admin@yourdomain.com)

 

• Click Reports
• Select Domain Disk Space *Note: The yellow bar graph in the upper right corner of this page shows a summary of your usage.

 

• This will display a way to run a report for your entire domain.
• Click Generate Report

 

• This will show a breakdown for users and mailbox sizes.

 

This can help an administrator determine their users disk space for the entire domain.
