How to Enable Telnet in Windows 7

I have no idea why, but Telnet is disabled by default in Windows 7. Here are the steps to enable it:
- Go to the Control Panel
- Select Programs And Features
- Select "Turn Windows features on or off"
- Check the box next to "Telnet Client"
- Click OK
