I am continually impressed by you guys! Your response was so fast, I thought I had
fixed the error! It really is unnerving (and fabulous) how quickly you respond.
We wanted to pause and thank-you for the quality professional service that you people

It's often easy to take things for granted when things are running smooth, which
they always are at ORCSWeb. However, the painful experience of our first "host provider"
is a gentle reminder that not all hosting companies are created equal. We spent
two very frustrating weeks with another host provider, and never even got our site
off the ground. Words cannot express the true frustration we experienced, and censorship
prevents me from actually expressing my personal feelings; it really shouldn't be
this hard should it?
Well at ORCSWeb it's not difficult at all, thanks to your certified and professional
staff. We were impressed from the start! We called on a Sunday and were completely
up and running within three hours of our initial phone call. Our domain name was
also propagated within six hours as well. Now that's what we call service!!! Thank-you,
