The position’s key responsibility is working with customers to resolve open
issues and working proactively to assure quality web services. Secondary
responsibilities include administering internal systems and implementing new
technologies. Technical experience, self motivation, “second mile” customer
service, and "people skills" are all a must.
We are looking for people who enjoy overcoming challenges, who love to learn,
and who like working with people. We operate fast paced and with a large number
of technologies (Windows, IIS, SQL, firewalls, mail servers, AD, DNS, webfarms,
clusters, .Net, etc…) --- some of the technologies still in beta.
The ideal candidate is someone who wants to work with a company that enables and
encourages growth, and relies on going above and beyond to meet the customer’s

People in the Charlotte area are given a high preference due to close vicinity
to the Data Center and team meeting location, but all qualified candidates will
be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Direct interaction with customers by email or phone
- Troubleshooting issues for the customer in any of the technologies that we support
- Friendly professional support
- Administering internal systems
- Internal company projects
- Research and testing of new technologies, as early as the Alpha/Beta phases
Requirements:
- Experience in Microsoft web-related technologies
- Microsoft Certification (MCP, MCTS, or higher)
- Windows Server 2003 understanding/experience
- In depth IIS knowledge
- BasFlexible work scheduling (some weekends and evenings)
Other Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong email writing skills; in grammar, spelling and typing ability
- Strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Good team-player
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Great attitude for great customer service
Following Skills\Experience a Plus:
- MCSE, MCSA, MCDBA, MCTS
- SQL Server 2000/2005 skills
- Networking / Firewalls
- VB.NET / C#
- VMWare VI3 experience
- General hardware expertise
- Active Directory
